Important Reminders:
- You must upload your Short Presentation before 01 October 2020.
- The upload must be a recorded slide video or animation with a maximum length of two minutes. The filename should be in the form 2A-05.mp4. Please use the mp4 format to reduce file sizes.
- SPP will record and distribute the short talks, so it is important that your talk does not contain any copyrighted material (referencing media or images taken from a publication or online source is not sufficient). Your recording must contain only material that the authors have sufficient rights to permit SPP to distribute it freely (e.g. your own generated images).
- Each frame must display the manuscript number prominently so that viewers can refer to your paper in the Conference Program. It would also be helpful if the authors’ contact information or a QR code is provided.
Authors of Contributed Talks are encouraged to upload a copy of their presentation to ensure smooth transitions between speakers. Also, they may submit a recording of their eight (8) minute talk if they expect disruptions in their internet connectivity.
