The 35th Samahang Pisika ng Pilipinas Physics Conference was held in Cebu City last 7-10 June 2017. With the theme Opportunities and Challenges in Physics Collaboration and Research, physicists and researchers from around the world congregated to share their talks and posters on a broad range of topics in physics:
  • Complex systems and data analytics
  • Computational physics and simulations
  • Condensed matter and material science
  • Image and signal processing
  • Plasma and earth physics
  • Theoretical and mathematical physics
  • Ultrafast optics, photonics, and terahertz physics
A total of 154 contributed papers and 16 invited talks were presented at this international conference, which was attended by physicists and students from ten countries. All contributions were reviewed by peers and are now available online at proceedings.spp-online.org.
